something hopefully not awful for fans of AMD video cards.

If only I ran a Windows 10 without a Watermark...I only get black background + no watermark...or I pay the tax....easy choice for me lol - however if I could change my background image, I would have stolen this, very nice.

lol thanks. original picture is a screenshot from the promo video that plays on the radeon vii amd website. i just cleaned it up a bit of artifacts and such.

Just right click on the downloaded image and set it as your desktop, that always works for me on watermarked windows, ez way to bypass the settings app.

Does it now? I'll have to try that in a VM I guess.

TBH Ive never tried this lol just always saw the "Until registered cant do this" threat at the top of the app lolol.  Will see how this goes tonight!

 

however to have no Watermark....you have to first get rid of Windows Software Protection Platform (change value from 2 to 4) then every shut down hold SHIFT and hit restart instead.  Shut down PC this way....no more watermark (will come back randomly just do your shift off/on and its gone again, this apparently clears some sort of registry)
