Rate my build, help

This build is for 1080p gaming with a 144hz monitor. Should I go for a rtx 2070 or keep the 2060? - Budget is around 1k, im okay with going over 1k. I would only be doing gaming here. I heard the cpu doesnt push the fps, should I change the cpu or keep it? If change it what should I change it to??? Thanks

You'll be fine, going with an intel processor will push over that ~1000$ by about 200$.

You'll run fine with this setup

Should I stay with the amd if I will be having this rig for multiple years? By this I mean future proofing?

I'm comfortably using a 1700 with a gtx 1080 on a 1440p 100hz monitor, you'll be fine

Change the PSU. The G3 has issues. Take a look at this list. Anything from tiers A to C is ok to buy, though try to stay in A-B and go to C if you absolutely have to.
