rtx 2060 or gtx 1070 what one should i get im looking for 1080p@74hz max settings in most titles tell me what you think ? thanks.

Depends on which RTX 2060 you would buy. There are very good OC versions but they cost much!

What is your budget? Which games do you want to play?

In germany we get GTX 1070 for 270 EUR. RTX 2060 starting at 350 EUR. 

 

Anyway 1070 has 8GB Ram and 2060 only 6GB - keep that in mind!

Yeah, but the GDDR6 memory is faster than the GDDR5 memory that the 1070 uses.

the 2060 is alot faster than a 1070, unless you can get a 1070 for REALLY cheap, don't bother.

Go for the 2060. I run max settings with 75 hz in triple A titles.
I got the Gigabyte Aorus Xtreme. its a lot better

I would pick the 2060, however a decently priced, used 1070 is not a bad deal. In most games (or, at least the few that support ray tracing :->), you will likely leave RTX turned off if you want every other setting to remain on ultra.
