Help with 2019 Budget Gaming Build?

Hey guys, I havn't kept updated with the newest parts since just before Ryzen launched. Can somebody help me make a decent ~$500 build? Its just going to play Magic Arena and older games like Skyrim and such. Doesn't need to be too powerful. Just 1080p gaming. Any suggestions or updates with Graphics cards and CPU's especially will help!

can you bump that to 600 bucks? it will make a build much easier.

That's the new Ryzen Athlon, not the old shit Athlon.  Decent chip, but 2200g is better.
