Boot Failure Detected - AX370 K7 mobo

Been using my PC for months now with no issues and got this boot failure the CPU has been overclocked for almost a year r5 1600 3.8Ghz 1.29v never had an issue it only let's me boot if I restore defaults it won't let me underclock either any help would be appreciated,

I also checked the status LEDs only boot LED is on

You could try putting the voltage up to like 1.325 or 1.350. AMD says up to 1.4v is perfectly fine with adequate cooling, I personally bump my limit down 0.05v from that to give me some extra safety padding.

its stable at 3.8 1.29v i spent 6 hours testing its never crashed or blue screened and i've rendered heaps of videos in premiere pro and ran hours of stress tests

 

i can by pass the the bios without resetting i just have to exit without saving so it isn't the cpu, im also running the newest bios firmware
