Posted January 31, 2019 I have a PC Specialist SkyFire IV 14, which is the same chassis as the MSI GE40 (a Clevo chassis with an MSI MS-1492 motherboard). It originally came with a AU Optronics B140RTN03.0 (1600×900, 250 cd/m², 400:1 CR, 262K colors). I fitted a NV140FHM-N62 v8.0 (1920×1080, 300 cd/m², 800:1 CR, 16.7M colors), which I believe is the best panel that will fit, as is far better than the panel above. However, that NV140FHM-N62 v8.0 recently developed a dead pixel in the center and after returning it, realised another is not available anywhere in the UK. I am a bit gutted! Is there a way to find out which other 1920×1080 panels will work with the laptop?
 Got any questions about my system or peripherals? Feel free to tag me (@bellabichon) and I'll be happy to give you my two cents. Posted February 1, 2019 Panelook.com has a decent database that can be sorted. Laptopscreen.com is a good store, but idk if they ship outside of the us.
