I should've looked harder. Thank you so much!

here is the actual PSU Tier List.  or at least the most up to date one.

Specs

Mobo: MSI Gaming 5 z97

CPU: i7 4790k 4.8GHz OC (4.4GHz turbo, 4.0 base)

GPU: EVGA GTX 1070 SC2

RAM: Patriot Viper DDR3 16GB OC 2200MHz

Cooler: DEEPCOOL AIO Captain EX 240MM radiator

Drivers: 1TB Sasmung SSD (860 EVO)

500 GB HDD, 10k RPM

240GB SSD Kingston

Fans: 2 140MM and a 120 MM (Not including the two 120's on the radiator)

3 monitors, running at 1080p.

I'm looking for a solid power supply, modular preferably, to support all of this. I remember something about Gold rating but I can't remember what is the "best".

Tips are appreciated, thank you very much!

Take a look at the PSU Tier list.

I believe Titanium is currently the highest 80+ certification attainable.

Here's some info on what the efficiency ratings mean:

The 1070 is a 150W card, so expect the system to draw a bit under 250W at load. The lowest wattage PSUs that are decent start at 400W, which is more than plenty.

The availability and pricing varies by country, so it's hard to really make recommendations without knowing where you'll buy from.

At the time it was because my only SSD was the 240GB. It was to run games faster. You know, newbie days.

You rather have a bigger 2TB 7200rpm than just 500gb 10k, really the difference is just not that big.

Ryzen 5700g @ 4.4ghz all cores | Asrock B550M Steel Legend | 3060 | 2x 16gb Micron E 2666 @ 4200mhz cl16 | 500gb WD SN750 | 12 TB HDD | Deepcool Gammax 400 w/ 2 delta 4000rpm push pull | Antec Neo Eco Zen 500w

and just fyi ... a modern 2-4 TB would have faster speeds than your 10k rpm 500 GB drive, because of data density - the bits are packed more densly on the modern drives, so for example a 2-4 TB drive would need 10ms to reach a location and then read 100 MB in a second, while your 500 GB drive would need 6 ms to go to location but then spend 2s to read 100 MB.
