AMD Ryzen 5 2600X (Overclocked to 4.075ghz on let's say 1.325v)

Sapphire Nitro R9 Fury Tri-X OC 4GB HBM Graphics Card

ASUS PRIME B450M-A/CSM

DDR4 3200 16GB (2x8)

Arctic FREEZER 33 Esports EDITION Cooler

ADATA SU800 1TB SATA III SSD

4x 120mm DC Case Fans

Just wonderin what this system will take in watts when doing normal gaming loops at 1080p Ultra and also video editing/rendering in in 1080p 60fps.

Sapphire Nitro R9 Fury Tri-X OC 4GB HBM Graphics Card

1.21 Gigawatts.
Sapphire's website list it as 375W for the card, and Techpowerup testing shows total card draw maxing at 450W when overclocked and power limit removed (Furmark)... Though realistically you'll probably be in the 250W ballpark while gaming without overclocking the GPU.

At a guess, roughly 150W-ish?

I'd be getting a good quality 550W at least. More if you're planning on removing the power limit and OC'ing the GPU.

No the R9 Fury takes around 375W on usage but as Enderman said

i would go closer with a 500W usage estimate.

You might want to take a look at some power consumption tests of the fury on google.

That 375W is whole system, not just the GPU.

I've got the 375W from the official Sapphire website not from anywhere else, they don't state something like power draw of a whole system, only " Power Consumption 375W " that why i said more like 500W.

They even suggest using a 750W Power supply on their Website. xD

Oh that's why.

Yeah, don't pay attention to what a manufacturer lists or what a PSU calculator says.

Look up real power consumption tests by reviewers.

Which version of R9 Fury are you looking at in those tests? The stock AMD R9 Fury is 275W. The factory overclocked Sapphire R9 Fury Tri-X OC is limited to 375W. Can use more if you change BIOS to remove/increase the power limit.

For this test, we measure the power consumption of only the graphics card via the PCI-Express power connector(s) and PCI-Express bus slot. A Keithley Integra 2700 digital multimeter with 6.5-digit resolution is used for all measurements. Again, the values here only reflect the card's power consumption as measured at its DC inputs, not that of the whole system.

The blue bar in these charts is for the ASUS R9 Fury STRIX. Sapphire includes a dual-BIOS feature on their card. The right BIOS, which is stock, is displayed in green, and the left BIOS with an increased power limit is displayed in gold.

Furmark testing...

Though, obviously Furmark isn't indicative of normal use.
Gaming load is more around the 230-250W mark
