NVMe barely holds any benefits compared to sata unless you're in a specific use case like moving large files

@Flawizz there might be techquckie.

TL;DR both are nand.

QLC is a type of nand. chepaer, lower speed, higher density compared to TLC, MLC and SLC. The controller does some magic (SLC cache) to compensate this. As soon as the cache is filled up it gets very slow.

so, gigabyte ssd it is?

crucial is QLC, while Gigabyte is NAND Flash, i wont be writing alot, just the games once, then il be reading, the gigabyte ssd has better read, if someone can explain me the QLC vs NAND flash, i'd make my decision

Im pretty sure the bx500 is a dramless tlc ssd, not qlc. Both are about the same id get the cheaper one. I think the gigabyte is dramless aswell, as the pro version has dram.

Looks like Gigabyte is TLC and as far as i remember the reviews where good.

If you have to chose between those two take the gigabyte. Otherwise wait a few days for a Crucial MX500 offer. Bought mine last week for 50€. In Germany mediamarkt sells them together with a "upgrade" Kit for 60€.

i wont be buying anywhere but from this site
