Help- USB audio distorts and lowers and crackles

So like I said above, my headset (Xbox Stealth 600) used to work fine with my pc. Now, for some odd reason, the audio distorts and lowers and sounds as if its slowed down and really deep sounding, then it picks back up and starts crackling. I need some help because now every game I play sounds like that, and it's completely random when it happens

So it happens in games and when you listen to music right ?  That is a weird one.  All I can suggest for this moment is for you to run DDU "DIsplay Driver Uninstaller"  in safe mode then boot to normal mode and install the latest video card drivers.
