Getting Windows 10 on PC

Hello all,

 

Just a quick question. I already have windows 10 on my laptop (it also has tablet mode if that makes any difference), can I use that license to get it on my new PC build, or do I need to buy another license for that?

You would need to buy a new license key.

If you can spare 5 bucks for a Windows 10 Key license, it will save you the hassle.

Windows license is one per device. Using laptop key would deactivate laptop.

weird, my windows 10 is activated trough my account, if i log into my windows account on both my desktop and laptop it counts as being activated.
