The process is called cloning. There are several tools to do it, but the most commonly recommended one I hear is Marcium Reflect. Though if you have a Samsung SSD, I recommend using their Data Migration Tool first. Just remember that if you want to verify the clone was good to actually boot using the cloned drive, not peek at its contents from the old drive. Doing so may mess up some unique values the OS was expecting which may or may not have been updated.

I've had problems with Samsung's Migration Tool (an other tools other than Macrium Reflect). It seems to be limited to migrating only two partitions. I've migrated four partitions with Macrium Reflect, both free and pro, many times without problems.

One has to be proactive, not reactive, to ensure the safety of one's data so backup your data! And RAID is NOT a backup!
