Aorus RTX 2080 extreme or RTX 2080 extreme water force?

I've been working on my dream build, and have recently decided to go for an Aorus rtx 2080 extreme. Im going to use the cooler master vertical gpu kit and it's all going inside a Lian-li PC 011 dynamic. The CPU is being cooled with a Kraken x72, in which the radiator will be placed on the side. Given all these circumstances, would it be smarter to get the aorus rtx card with fans or with the liquid cooling?

It doesn't look like it's out yet, and it looks way out of my price range. Am i to assume you are recommending a water force card, however?

Since this post hasn't gotten much traction, I think I will go with the standard aorus RTX card cooled with fans, since the case fans just narrowly fit with the vertical gpu mount, and I think the extra height added by the radiator will cause it to not fit.
