why is my 1070 not showing up on userbenchmark?

i get extremely low fps in mgsv ground zero and csgo as well but 120fps on fortnite at epic?????

Looks like you have an Intel CPU from the barely cut off image.

My guess is that userbenchmark is using your integrated graphics instead of your dedicated one.

1. Make sure your video cable is plugged into the GPU instead of the motherboard

2. Change your windows power settings in control panel to high performance, so it uses your GPU (hopefully) always.

3. If all else fails reinstall video drivers, using DDU (DIsplay Driver Uninstaller, a program) if you really want (Technically better, but is a pain to do)

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 @3.75* RAM: 2 by 8gb G.Skill Flare X 2400 @2666* GPU Strix GTX 1070 @1880-ish

Storage: Samsung 860 Evo 500gb; 2x 2tb Seagate Barracuda Drives; 1tb hdd (It died after 4 years :();

 

Laptop: (HP Stream 11-y010nr "Spent all my money on my Desktop" Edition)

CPU: Intel Celeron N3060 @160 BILLION hertz RAM: 400 BILLION bytes Samsung DDR3L @160 BILLION hertz

First you do this:

 

Then you go to nvidia.com and grab the latest drivers for the GPU.

Do you have a prebuilt?

Ultimate sounds like a custom option. Use if it you want, but that or the default high sounds like it should work in theory.

i bought this pc off somebody so i didnt build it but when i did user benchmark at his it was fine

just run the test again, or hit ctrl+shift+t to bring back the tabs you closed.

You are using your iGPU, remove your video cable away from the motherboard and connect it to the GPU.

behind the computer? you plug it into the slot that is horizontal. the one that is vertical is on the motherboard. the GPU is located BELOW the motherboard.

error code 40 on an ASUS board is when you shutdown and restart. its perfectly fine.

You'll take your video cable off the port that's up there and put it on the same port that exists below.... on the PC case.
