Budget gaming pc-advice needed

Hello, out there ,

I'm trying to build a gaming pc on a 500 € (570 $) budget.  [I'm from germany]

I'd like to use a geforce gtx 1050 ti, and a intel xeon E5-1620 v2, with the socket lga 2011, but I cant find a motherboard that isn't a chinese scam. By the way it'd be great if you guys could also give me advice for the psu, ram and fans.

Thanks in advance.

PS: if that cpu is rubbish I am willing to go for a different one, too.

Just buy new. A lot of the used gpus are AMD ones from mining and the thought of buying mining cards doesn't personally appeal to me. It's safer to buy new either way.

But mining cards and gaming cards are the same, aren't they?

Also its a budget build on a pretty tight budget so I think its better to get a cloth and give it a scrub.

What do you think?

No, I meant that getting gaming cards that were used for mining can be risky. There's safe buyers, but its always a risk. The RX 570 and even the next card up, the rx 580, are both so cheap when brand new that they're within your budget.

You obviously know the risks of buying used stuff, but GPU's can be iffy.

So after hours of research I think I have found moat of the parts , appart from a PSU. I need one that has two pcie power plugs and is 400w. Apart from that here are the results:

CPU Amd ryzen 3 2200G

RAM: crucial ballistix 16 gb kit                   ddr4-2400

Motherboard: Gigabyte B450                                    Aorus M

GPU: Radeon RX 580 8 gb GDDR              Red devil Golden Sample

Fans: 3 Arctic rev 2.0 f12 pwm

(I know that the mobo has                 two case fan ports, one                       will be running full on)

Screen: Hanns g lcd hsg104122                      22"

Everything tops up to about 381 €

(435$)

Im also going for a wooden case so I could do with tips for that.

If you see something that I could have done wrong please tell me.

Thanks for your help, everyone

If you don't have to sacrifice to much of your budget try to get 300p MHz ram or above because ryzen loves fast ram

Cant you overclock ram?

And also ryzen is picky bout ram and I checked if this is compatible and it was. But still im free for any kind of info so I might just try getting some faster ram

Yes you can oc ram. Manually or with Intel xmp. Just dial in the max rated frequency of your ram and go for it. I would suggest to Google a tutorial or just look around on the forum here

You can orientate yourself using the  PSU Tier List

Depending on your lokal deals go Tier 3 and higher. Being on a budget try to stay around 50 €. 450 Watt is more than enough and leaves still room to upgrade.

1060's have droped in price. You could go a cheaper PSU if you want (i know, more questions than answers). If you get a 580 you should get a 450 W with 2x PCIe 6+2 Power for it has a much higher TDP.

And maybe check out Geizhals.de, pcpp sometimes does not pick up the best pricing considering places like mindfactory offer free midnight shipping if you order between 0-6 am

Which EVGA PSU, some are great some are shitty? And throw in a small SSD for 50 $, Laptop HDD tend to be 5400 rpm and slow as hell. That would be money well spend. And you can get faster RAM (3000 MHz or more) for almost the same price and Ryzen loves fast RAM.
