It’s actually the first time i have built a pc, if i were to upgrade to a better gpu (such as  gtx1070), how likely are the availability of these cards in the future?

They probably won't be available for too long. Better cards for the same amount of money will replace them in due time.

It's spot will be taken over by the 2060 so once the current ones are gone, it's gone.

It should lower eventually. Maybe a month or more after the tech joins the market.

I was looking into the reviews of RTX2060, it seems like a decent upgrade to me.

but Nvidia seems to released the founders edition, will there be a regular variant of the 2060 as well?

Not sure but most likely they will just wait a bit.

The card will b available until they all fail or die. As any card. Unless you mean new. Then that time has already passed, given their price.

Could just wait for the 11 series assuming it actually hits the market. As people tend to complain about the 2060 pricing being too high.
