Raspberry Pi Radius server for WPA Enterprise

I'm planning to setup a raspberry pi for radius authentication on my network. I've found a good guide for freeradius but it involves managing the users by editing the appropriate files, which is a bit of a pain. Would daloradius work well as a frontend for freeradius? Also, all of the guides I've found thus far are from 2016 or even as old as 2013, so I'd appreciate a newer guide if anyone knows of one. Any other thoughts or considerations would be appreciated.
