 What games are you playing? What resolution do you want to play at, and what FPS do you want to hit?

The forest ,the long dark ,paladins ,moded minecraft , survival games in general 

1920×1080 px and Fps over 60

Get a better GPU than the 1050Ti.

rx 580, if you can get one. If the rx 580 8gb is cheaper than the 1060 where you live, its a much better choice since it performs like the 1060 and is cheaper.

yeah, everything should be fine. Keep in mind that the motherboard you have isn't the best for overclocking but for stock stuff it should be fine. If you're not overclocking I think you should get a good b450 board to save money.

AMD Ryzen 5 2600X 3.6GHz    Is 4.2 GHz turbo work only if i overclock ?

No. I'll lay it out for you. Essentially, when you're not doing heavy tasks the CPU will stay at a lower frequency because it doesn't need the power for just watching a video. The CPU will automatically boost its speed up if you're playing a game, or rendering a video, because that requires more power from the CPU. It's pretty much just giving you the power when you need it, and not giving extra power when you don't need it.

No you don't. That motherboard doesn't even provide good overclocking capabilities.
