1. Budget & Location

My budget is $2500-3000 AUD and my location is Victoria 

2. Aim

My aim is to play Fortnite at a stable 100+ fps on ultra settings. I'm looking for the best possible PC that fits into the budget but wont overheat or break parts .-.

3. Monitors

Something that fits in the budget, on my mac its 1920x1080 res

 

I need to purchase a monitor so could that be included in the price too

 

Windows Home OS aswell

 

5. Why are you upgrading?

Because currently I have a 2012 mac...

An RTX 2070 would probably work if you want to save money and put it towards something else. There's no point in going Intel as this will have a great upgrade path with Ryzens new generation processors coming out this summer.
