Looking for a Adobe Media Encoder, only need to do 2 things.

As the title says, I need a free alternative to Adobe Media Encoder. Theres 2 things I need it to do:

Be able to handle multiple projects at once so I dont need to babysit

Work with folders like whats generated from copying DVD's (attachment provided for both a DVD and BluRay. Both must be workable)

I wouldn't be against waiting for all my files to be copied then using my 7 day trial to encode them all at once; but if I don't have to I don't want to. (I have several TB worth of disks to copy, backing up my parents massive movie collection to Plex)

I don't exactly know what you are trying to even do with AME, but have you tried Handbrake? I use it to compress and re-encode stuff like DVD rips and rendered videos coming off Resolve.

Handbrake will not work with the files as I have them, I did try that.
