Are my temps too high?

Aren't these temps a bit high for a 4770k at clock speed with a h100i?

It looks like and if you are using stock auto voltage, no. It's perfectly normal in that case.

Those are OKish. If you want easy solution to get them down a bit, you could do mild manual OC to 4GHz by disabling Turbo Boost feature and setting it manually to multiplier 40 and volts to 1.1V-1.15V to be on safe side.
