The UD3 is probably the best of the bunch. For suggestions? The best would probably be a z77 board.

The absolute best are the ASUS Maximus V EXTREME or the GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UP7

ECS Z77H2-A3

ASRock Z77 Pro 3

Gigabyte Z77X-D3H

the Pro 3 looks more premium than the other, why do you prefer D3H? Is the anything wrong with Pro 3?

The Pro3 and D3H are both good boards. The D3H has a slightly better VRM but in all honesty I'd just go for whichever one of the two is cheaper.

I can't really comment on ECS since I've never used their boards.

I'd say the opposite aha. Nothing wrong with it the D3H is just a bit better.

I found Asus Z170P-D3 priced at $50, should I get it? If I bought this, I'll be using i5 7400 with some DDR3L. Why I consider this? For me it's because it allows me to upgrade to at least 7700K, with Z77 I stuck with 3770K ?

With z170 and skylake you can overclock, Z170 and I5 6500 would be the best if you can get some cheap DDR4.

It is possible for me to pair skylake/kabylake with DDR3L, right? Because the cheapest used DDR4 cost a lot more than new DDR3L in Indonesia ?

You can but it's bad for it so personally i'd get the DDR4 so you can overclock.

Mind to explain why it is bad?

And also you quoted "with z170 and skylake you can overclock", so it means I can't overclock kabylake chip on Z170? Sorry If I misunderstood.

The extra voltage that DDR3 needs reducing the lifespan of the cpu(memory controller).

Correct skylake had a flaw that allowed you to overclock the BLCK. Kaby lake you cannot.
