My budget is $1200.

I live in Australia so I need to have it available for me to buy

2. Aim

The system would mainly be used for gaming and a bit of rendering.

3. Monitors

I need to buy a monitor. preferably a 1080p monitor

4. Peripherals

I also need to buy a keyboard (mechanical), monitor, maybe an ssd

yea i know what its like im from melbourn im sure you can find parts a places like CPL or get them off ncix or amazon like i did
