More than likely a mining card(considering the seller was selling multiple GPUs) which doesn't really affect long term life of the card as long as the cards were properly card for like any other electronic. Overall though,the MSI Armor Cooler wasn't a great cooler so if you're going to really be pushing the card or playing really demanding game titles,I'd suggest you look for one with a better cooler but if it's what you can afford at the moment and plan on playing less demanding titles like League/CSGO/Warframe/Fortnite,I'd say go for it. Just make sure to apply fresh thermal paste to help out the cooler as it could've dried out a bit.

A sapphire nitro+ card is a nice card, even if it was mined on it should be good.

your CPU is dirt and you have no ram, you're going to need more than a GPU.
