Can't Access HDD Files

I just clean installed Windows on my SSD and followed the steps of keeping my HDD unplugged. After plugging it in, I can't find my files. Disk management says that storage is being used but I can not find my files. Please help.

When I search for discord or google, it won't pop up even though it is on mny HDD.

You need to reinstall them, sorry.  Windows needs registry entries to find things.

Yeah you can't run programs off that drive. They need to be reinstalled as they're all tied to the registry. This is meant more for stuff like your documents, downloads, photos etc.

You can easily access your photos, music etc. but not using shortcuts on your current OS.

You must explore E:\users\user_name directory for that. Not search for it, but just explore it, like you read pendrive or other drives when you want to open files.

The same is for programs etc. Most of them you can run without reinstalling, but they're not listed in your start menu.

No need for apologies. Thanks for the help. How do I unintall all of the programs or delete them so I wont have duplicates?
