You can either connect NAS and pc peer2peer with network cards like the Asus C100C, which are RJ45, or old SFP+ server cards (which use sfp+...)
You can NOT use powerline.
If you want to build a whole network and not just have the two systems communicate it gets a lot more expensive. 10gbit switches are like $400 for basic 4port configs.
Edit:
keep in mind even SSDs run at "just" 500mb/s. So in order for you to saturate 10gbit you'd need a Raid0 of SSDs in both NAS and pc or nvme in both. (or some kind of wicked hdd raid)
