How do I reseal an open phone ?

Hello. 

I opened a phone to replace some broken parts in it. But now the waterproof seal is gone. 

What can I do to make it back waterproof ( or water-resistant ) ?

They sell pre-cut seals depending on the phone, usually only around $5 or so for a seal.

Is there some video or website that I can watch or see ? 

As a tutorial. I dont want to mess it up.

Here's an example on the iPhone, you will need to get a hold of that foam seal.

Ok. Thanks. I got the general idea. I am not doing an iPhone but I think I got it.
