I was also looking at the coolermaster masterbox lite 5 rgb, is that a good case?

i personally have the case. the airflow is a bit less because of the plastic front panel. you might want to choose the mb511 over it because of a mesh panel

Do you have any advice of a case with pre-installed fans?

look if you can find a mesh panel for the best airflow, and look around what fans they are, sometimes you can find it (for example: dark base pro 600 comes with 2 silent wings 2's)

and if you want to know absolutly everything, ask the casegod @TVwazhere

Unfortunately, the MB511 went up after the new year to $80 so unless you feel like stretching it's now out of the price range.

To clarify

  • For what it is, the Focus G is decent at cable management but it does take more work than other cases with PSU shrouds and rubber grommets/other methods of hiding cables.
  • Most $70 cases will only come with 1 or 2 fans (sometimes none at all) so if you're looking at cases with pre installed fans, your search might be narrow. If you dont like what you find, a suggestion would be to look at slightly cheaper cases with 1 or no fans and then add your own. (Somethign like the Cougar MX330, Basically a bigger Focus G with no fans and a few different side panel options) You can often get a 2 pack of Corsair AF 120 fans for about $19 just as a suggestion. I personally used cheap fans from amazon, theyre PWM and you can get 3 120mm for $18 or 2 140mm for $20 LINK and they worked really well (See blue Build 2018 in my signature)

I have a Focus G and like it.  I added one rear fan as an exhaust.  There is room for cable management behind the motherboard.  As mentioned above there is no power supply shroud, so cable management is a little trickier in the bottom of the case.  I zip tied the PCIE cable for my video card to the front of the hard drive cage and most the the lower MOBO connections to the back of the cage.  Here is a picture.
