rgb I cant get my Corsair lighting node pro to work

My pc detects the lighting node pro, but neither the three RGB ML 120 fans or my four RGB strips will light up. I have connected the RGB strips in many different ways, both daisy chaining or just one strip connected. I figure its a problem with the actual device but i can't seem to find out.
