Monitor Will Not Allow Overclock Anymore

I have the HP 22cwa monitor and with a Ryzen 3 2200G, I overclocked it to 75hz with success. Then a few days ago I got an RX 580 and slotted it in. When all the drivers were installed it had reseted the monitor overclock to 60 so I tried it again but now it would not let allow me to go any higher than 67hz. I have tried all different new and old drivers for both the monitor and GPU with no success. Any advice? I used the Radeon settings to do it.
