what is this arrow and "DIP" mean on my mobo?

Its right next to system fan 2 im not sure if that is significant.. circled in yellow

It's refering to the dip switches on the board...

It looks like there's 4 of them directly above where is says "debug led"

right but then theres that arrow that goes towards the edge of the mobo i duno if it means up? like for all msi boards because only msi boards have that arrow... ive been googling i duno it.

not really, those would be hazard LEDs (CPU/DRAM/GPU/HDD)
