Steam download region?

So I am confuse on which region I should use. I live in on the far left side of Arkansas , and should I use Houston server?

  • Display(s)
    Dell SE2717HR 27" 75HZ

It doesn't really matter which one you use. Either use the closest one to you, or try multiple and see which one is the fastest.

AH okay. And will it also helps if I use a wireless USb to improve speed? Pings and download
