not by far... the 970 is a bit better. it's like 1050 ti/1060 3gb vs 1060 6gb

They're very similar, it depends on the games in specific you'd want to run and the price difference between them.

 

The 970 would probably use way more power and Freesync would be really attractive on the 570 but the 970 would perform very slightly better in the majority of titles.

What drivers should I use for the 970 heard that Nvidia is adding graphics limiters in the new updates so older card become obsolete sooner

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad
