That processor is really going to bottleneck the system if you put in a high-performance and modern card such as the  GTX 1060TI, I have seen many sleeper PC builds with beige cases which the builder was able to pickup for free and which sometimes came with some power supply, probably I would replace it although if your budget is really low and it works with sufficient wattage and seems safe after inspection, then I would throw it into the build.  With the GPU, maybe you could look on sites like eBay or Craigslist and find a good value used/refurbished card, or if you are able to you could find a card at like a thrift shop for really cheap or given away by repair stores which don't need them anymore or something to those lines and it most likely would work well with your processor without causing a bottleneck. Also, another great place to check if going to be like a computer recycling center that may let you take home anything that you find after looking around, although make sure to check with them before looking around, some centers take the disposal of used electronics very seriously and you could be subject to trouble by looking around without permission, I have been asked to leave some facilities just by going there to ask if I could look around so you could be out of luck on that one depending on the sites you have near you and if they would let you look around. For reference purposes I will list the minimum specifications for the game of Fortnite so that you can check with your listed parts within your build, so that you can ensure compatibility with the game application.

Minimum Specifications for Fortnite:

- Intel HD 4000 Graphics Unit

- Core i3 at 2.4 Ghz

- 4GB of RAM

- Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, or Mac OSX Sierra

You are not going to get anything decent with a £30 budget, you need at least £100.

Yes, I included the GTX 1060TI as for example purposes, although even lower end ones like the reference model of the GTX 1050 could really make the processor of the build a bottleneck to the performance of the system. When it comes to this budget I would really consider your options and try to get the best price to performance system.
