Rtx 2080 low gpu usage plz help

i get 40-70 gpu usage in games like pubg, fortnite, rb6, bo4

 

specs

msi b350 tomahawk

ryzen 7 1700x

16 gb corsair ram

rtx 2080

Do u have your monitor cable connected to your gpu or motherboard? It should be connect to the gpu.

I'm assuming temps are fine and clocks are boosting to around 1900?

It most likely is but is your graphics card in the first slot
