Sapphire RX 580 4gb full fan speed

Ok, So if i run everything on auto in afterburner my fan speed is like almost maxed out. temps are very cool at 28-30c idle and still running max fans. what could it be?

Uncheck auto and drag the slider all the way left. Recheck auto and see if that does the trick.
