Assuming you're using that hardware and it's compatible with both motherboards, there's virtually zero performance difference between the two. You could even get a much cheaper motherboard that supports what you want to put on it and it'll perform the same.

Lets say every mobo are the same price, what would you pick ?

(not the cpu watercooled gigabyte mobo)
