Help. Making a bootable USB Wundows 8.1 in Ubuntu.

Can some one help me? Making a bootable Ubuntu stick is really easy in windows but bootable windows in ubuntu... What i already did : 1. Downloaded the ISO 2. Pulled it over on the usb stick. Next steps?

Extract ("unzip") the ISO file and put the contents onto the USB stick.

That should work - even though I'm not 100% sure of the security check Microsoft has put in.
