280x or 290 which is better!!! for mining ltc or any other coin?

290 is better than the 280x, but you won't money back on your initial investment anytime soon if you mine Litecoins.

Voltage unlocked means that you can overclock it higher than a locked card by increasing the voltage. Also just keep in mind that cryptocoin mining isn't a get rich quick scheme, it's an investment. If you're not using the cards for anything other than coin mining, you're going to regret your purchase.

i will also used it for exteme gaming! I should wait for the aftercoolers??

Yes, wait for aftermarket, the stock cooler is pretty bad.

It's pretty good but i'd maybe build a custom loop for it.
