PC wont turn on when 1080 ti is plugged in.

Asrock x470 itx

ryzen 7 2700x

GTX 1080 mini Gigabyte

32GB RAM 3000Mhz Team Vulcan

2 x WD 1TB SSD SATA

1 x Samsung 970 Evo 500GB SSD m.2 NVME (boot drive)

Corsair 650w 80 plus bronze

Fractal Design Node 304

 

Bought a used 1080 ti mini by ZOTAC. Plugged into my MB. computer doesn't turn on.

 

When i press the power button nothing turns on. no fan movement. NOTHING HAPPENS

Guy i bought it from claims its good.

The PCIe slot works cause when i put my 1080 in its fine.

 

Any suggestions?
