Your cpu isnt really supposed to bottleneck it. How are you testing this, some stuff are more cpu dependant.

For example, if I play Battlefield 1 or GTA V my FPS is on average 50. Than in task manager I see this value.

Do you have many other processes running on the backround?

8600k does bottleneck a small amount of games due to lack of threads, but not bf1 or gtav, something else is wrong here.

So BF1 alone use 100% of the CPU? Something is not right here. My 8600k runs BF5 at smooth 100FPS with GTX1080. Do you have DX12 disabled in BF1??

I have 50 fps only when it rains¨in GTA. Also I have low fps in KIngdom come deliverence in villages.

In BF1 I have 60 fps, but quite often it drops.

1x16gb 3200 mhz, Gigabyte Z370 gaming 7 mb,

You're losing a lot of fps in CPU-bound situations due to single channel RAM. You should have went with 2x8gb.

He's using a GTX 1060 so he's GPU bottlenecked.

OC your RAM and see if there is any gain in FPS. Then do the same thing with your CPU.

I´am afraid of OC now, beacause if something is wrong, I´ll lost warranty and can´t change it.

in a cpu bottleneck situation, a ram bottlenecking the cpu will certainly make it worse, you need duo channel at least and 2666+ to be optimal. Single channel 2400 is at least a 20% bottleneck for no good reason. It's probably closer to 30-40% on minimum fps when your cpu is at 100%

i have a 8600, i got dual channel 4ghz ram 8+8 , and overclocked the cpu to 4.7/4.8 , it runs everything. even star citizen with a 1070ti

Buy some ram and a basic water cooler kit. and your machine is now good enough for everything , at 1080p at least

OC-ing is not really that hard. You should've went for i7-8700 imo.
