i accidentally formatted all partitions while installing os , is there any way i can recover lost data

 

Cpu :- Intel core i5 6402P 

Mobo :-  gigabyte b150m-ds3h-cf

Ram :- 12 gb DDr4 - 2133 cl 14 288

Gpu:- ASUS ROG Strix Gaming RX 570 OC 4GB

psu :- Corsair VS550 550-Watt

turn off the computer with the drive that has been wiped, do not write any more data to it, that means even if you are running an operating system on it.

Depending on whats been overwritten if anything the data is recoverable, you can try recuva, there are also more advanced professional tools. remember do not run the drive if it has an OS on it, and if possible remove the drive letter so Windows cannot access it.

Sorry to hear that. That happened to me one time. Try this - they helped me to extract data from my laptop after reinstalling the os. I took around 3-4 days. I always do  backups to the external hard drive ones a week after that. anyway, you can you some free software available on the net, like diskdrill or smt..good luck?
