I recently put together a build that I want to make fairly soon, and I was wondering about its performance stats. Can this machine run Rainbow 6: Siege, Rust, Skyrim at 1080p at 45+ FPS?

How well does it hold up on the other end? How good is the multitasking? Also, any things I should change? The sub $700 budget has to include a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headphones as well, and those were the best I could find. Windows isn't a problem, I can get a key off of Reddit.
