Anybody here faced numerous amount of times you have to wait in the queue? I had to wait 143 others to finish up their conversation.

I always wait for like 300 people and then EVERYTIME once I get to the final 10, I "Magically" disconnect from the chat.

I have just emailed them. They are fairly quick with replies. Better than waiting in line just to get disconnected.

I tried doing a chat during my lunch at school and the que went from like 50 to 400 people so I just ended up emailing them. That worked better.

When I jump in Newegg CS Chat, I also call.  I also set up a Call time (you can set up a time for them to call you...and they do actually).  Between the 3 I get someone.

look for "contact us" or something on the newegg site or look up contacting newegg.
