dude, I really fucking like Kyle. I am very happy for him. I know they were living with his relative, hopefully this allowed them to save some decent change and purchase the home all cash, or at-least put a huge down payment on it.

Not a terrible first home. They still have a decent bit of work to do before it is their own, but congrats to them none-the-less.
