2nd Hard Drive Failing? Current Pending Sector Count increasing and error creating image

Didn't write it down but I'm pretty sure the Current Pending Sector Count is up from last week. I've calmly tried to make backups if it since but kept getting errors. 

 

Should I just drag and drop through windows explorer at this point?

That or you can try the robocopy command from the command line.

DDrescue is very good at getting data form failing drives.

 

This drive is bad.
