Good OC Motherboard for 2700X

Hey all. I'm building a rig for my girlfriend for Christmas. I opted to do a platform based on the 2700x. I paired it with a Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 5 X470 motherboard, since I enjoy my z370 gaming 5 board so much on my intel build. Unfortunately, the overclocking control on the x470 board is utter dogsh*t; there's no manual vcore setting anywhere in the bios, only an offset that's limited to +.200v (for a total of 1.2v). I could get so much more out of the chip if I could just get up to maybe 1.35v. I even had to fight this board to give me my full (RATED!) 3000mhz memory speed and not 1600mhz.

So, long story short, while i'm still inside my return period, i'd like to swap this board out with a different one. Looking for a good quality board with overclocking capabilities, and also would really prefer it to have on-board wifi as a hardwired connection might not be in the cards where she's at currently. Would like to stick to the high 100-low 200 USD range. Also, preferably color-neutral if at all possible.

What about the Asus Crosshair VI Hero. Its x370 so you'd need a bios flash but thats no big deal.

Would have been a good option to save a few bucks, but both of my local micro centers are out of stock with them, and I'd rather not leave anything to chance with the shipping carriers this close to Christmas. Not to mention, i'd be returning this board to fund the replacement, that would probably introduce more headaches
