be quiet! Dark Rock 4 enough for i9 9900K?

Hey all, so I just order all the parts for my new build except for the CPU cooler. I am wondering if the be quiet! Dark Rock 4 will be enough running the i9 9900K? If I do overclock it will be very mild one.

 

My case is the Fractal Design Define C with 3 - Noctua NF-F12 LTT Edition as intake. The stock fan on the Dark Rock 4, and one Noctua NF-F12 LTT Edition as an exhaust.
