Steam settings question

So i have the witcher 3 on my laptop and my desktop.

Every time i lode the game on one machine i need to change the graphics settings  
downgrading on the laptop and upgrading on the desktop 
Is their a why to set the  graphics settings on one machine only?

Under the updates section in the game properties there is a Steam Cloud checkbox however I don't know if this also affects your campaign saves
