excuse me, yesterday i bought dell u2417h 

and did i must do calibration again? if yes, how to do that?

Dell U2417H is factory calibrated. You can find more information on the factory color calibration report in the package. So no need for now.

But, it's recommend to regularly calibrate the screen for better color reproduction in the long term. See this to quickly learn how to calibrate your monitor.
